The applicant is required to present official bank statement for the latest three months from the date of application. The statement of the current account should have a minimum balance of 500.00 EUR (positive). Original statements & copies obtained from bank, internet or any other source must be stamped by the applicant’s bank prior submitting it to the Embassy.

The applicant should present a letter from the employer diligently explaining the purpose of the trip as well as detailed schedule of the days spend in the Schengen Zone.
The Applicant needs to present an Official Invitation Letter sent/ written by the partner Organization in the Schengen Zone. The Letter must reflect a formal invitation to the applicant to attend various business meetings & relevant events corresponding trade & industry.
The employer’s letter or the official invitation from partner firm should state that one of the parties will be taking care of the applicant’s travel expenses all through his/her stay in Schengen Zone.
